Cultural Program in Aurumine Naturals Pvt Ltd
Celebrating cultural events helps to create a more inclusive and diverse work environment where employees feel their cultural intricacies are acknowledged and celebrated by their peers.
It represents the values, beliefs, and goals of a company, as well as the consistent behavior expected from all employees, from top to bottom. Celebrating cultural events is the key to attract and retain employees.
This time our directors wanted to do something different for their people. This time they wanted to involve everyone in the engagement activity. So, we decided to celebrate Cultural Event. Activities in cultural programs was divided into 5 parts as follows:
| Solo Dancing: | Showcase your dance moves and captivate the audience. |
| Solo Singing: | Make your voice heard and mesmerize everyone. |
| Solo Acting: | Display your acting skills and engage the audience. |
| Mad Ad Show (Group Activity): | In a group of 4 to 6 members prepare humorous and innovative advertisements and enact. The group will have to choose a chit (for product) on the spot, discuss for 7 min and perform for 1 min. |
| Stand-Up Comedy: | Spread laughter and joy among the audience through your hilarious performance. |
It was the best opportunity to find hidden talent in our people.
On Friday, 22nd December 2023, our cultural program committee was all set to make our day. We started our program at 03:00 pm. One by one each participant was showing their talent. Our director Mr. Milind Katariya came on the stage on public demand and sung a song with his best friend Mr. Santosh Bhagwat. He dedicated a song to their friendship. Then Mrs. Anjali Katariya and Mrs. Dhanlaxmi Patwardhan came on stage and sung ‘Dum Maro Dum’. We have seen totally different side of our seniors that day.
In the end, winners got decided by judges. In singing competition, Mr. Kunal Thokpatil won. In Dancing competition, Ms. Pratiksha Bagul won. She did Classical dance form on song ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’. Mrs. Manjushree Thorat sung a song ‘Kasam Ki Kasam.’
This way Aurumine Naturals promote and organize celebrations for their teams because of the many benefits that come with acknowledging accomplishments regularly at work. Celebrating culture can be an effective way to boost morale, promote team bonding and inspire fun in the workplace. Learning about the importance of celebrating at work may allow you to better plan and encourage them in your workplace
